PLEASE REMEMBER that Air Display’s being what they are, there is likely to be many changes to the information displayed on this website. Weather, Aircraft Serviceability and many other operational factors can all have an effect on the planning of the event. I endeavour to keep the information displayed as correct as possible but cannot guarantee that further last minute changes will not take place.

Jersey International Air Display (JIAD) is committed to protecting your privacy and have created this Privacy Policy to explain what information we collect, how we collect it and how that information is then used. The privacy policies of sites linked to from this website are beyond our control and we make no representation as to their level of privacy as compared to our own.
There are no facilities for private communication on this site. All information posted to the guestbook or e-mailed to us assigns any copyright to the webmaster. Any Photos used on the site will be credited to the owner where required. 

Competition General Terms and Conditions

  1. Unless otherwise stated, all contestants must be at least 12 years of age.
  2. Unless otherwise stated, only one prize per competition is allocated.
  3. Unless otherwise stated, all contestants will be chosen at random having contacted the station. Means of contact will be clearly stated.
  4. The competition will run until the competition has been completed or has run its course. The organisation reserves the right not to give away a prize if the correct answers have not been given.
  5. Prizes offered by the organisation are in most cases provided to the company by a third party or sponsor. At the end of the competition, the liability passes to the sponsor for the deliverance of the prize offered. If the sponsor or third party thereafter cannot deliver the product or prize due to liquidation or similar, the organisation is not liable for its provision.
  6. Employees and relatives of the organisation or any of the co-sponsors of the competition are not eligible to enter.
  7. The organisation reserves the right to alter competition rules or suspend or cancel the competition at any time.
  8. The organisation cannot be held responsible for any loss that may be incurred by attempting to enter competitions.
  9. Failure to gain access to competitions due to technical difficulties, or for any other reason is not the responsibility of the organisation.
  10. Unless otherwise stated on air there is no cash alternative to the advertised prizes. All prizes are strictly non-transferable.
  11. By entering competitions all contestants agree to be used in publicity, promotion and by any means deemed fit for the promotion.
  12. The organisation reserves the right not to accept competition entries from outside the Channel Islands.
  13. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be void at the organisation’s discretion.
  14. The organisation does not accept responsibility for entries that have been lost, damaged or delayed.
  15. Prizes must be claimed within 1 month from date of winning.
  16. We endeavour to send out or have collected any prizes within 28 days of the win. This is subject to change at our discretion. We may ask you to collect the prize from a third-party sponsor.
  17. Where a “family” prize is offered (i.e. family tickets etc.) the organisation will state the number of individuals eligible to use the prize, as the term “family” may differ between competitions. The organisation will also state the maximum child age which may be younger than sixteen.
  18. Any complaints regarding the organisation can be put in writing and sent to us, via our website.
  19. Winners must provide proof of their identity including their name and address if requested by the organisation.
  20. The organisation reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any updates will be displayed here on the website.
